    The PHAB Club promotes the integration of disabled people with others by offering social activities and coming together on equal terms. The Club meets on Tuesdays from 7.30 - 9.30pm with the venue alternating between Leyton Road and local pubs & restaurants.

  2. Open to all over-50s (as present or future pensioners). Annual membership includes a monthly newsletter and attendance at the monthly meetings held to discuss topics of interest.  The forum also campaigns on issues affecting the quality of life of older people.
