  1. An online forum providing crisis support, information and resources, advice, discussions and distractions. Closely monitored, available 24/7 The NSHN Forum is a support site, a safe environment to help understand the mechanisms resulting in self harm and cope with it and related problems.
  2. Our Telephone Support Line is open Monday to Friday from 3 - 6pm and Saturdays, 10am - 1pm. Call us on 0800 980 7475 to speak to a practitioner without an appointment
    Online, in person, text and telephone confidential counselling available for 11 to 25 year olds, plus self-help materials. The one-on-one counselling aims to provide you with a friendly and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings or experiences.
