Finding childcare for key workers

If you are a key worker, your childcare setting has closed and you cannot safely care for your child at home, you can search for childcare settings who are remaining open on this Merton Family Services Directory.

  • Put your postcode into the search box above and click to search. This brings up all settings in order of distance from your home

  • Under ‘filter by’ choose 'Coronavirus status: Open' and this will reduce the list to ONLY those settings that are open for key workers

  • If you are interested in a provider, you will need to contact them directly to see if they have a place for your child.

You can also filter your results further using the options on the left-hand side of the page, for example, by type of childcare or if they offer free early education places for 2-year-olds or 3 and 4-year-olds.
