  1. eLearning sessions designed especially for families, parents and carers, who are looking for advice and tips with simple and clear guidance on children and young people's mental health, wellbeing and development. 
  2. Calls to the helpline are free, and do not show up on landline phone bills. Friday, Saturday & Monday 12noon to 7.00pm. Tues, Weds & Thurs. 12noon to 9.00pm.
