Stem4 - supporting teenage mental health (Depression & Anxiety)

Stem4 is a teenage mental health charity aimed at improving teenage mental health by stemming commonly occurring mental health issues at an early stage. Stem 4 targets four specific audiences – the young people affected, their friends, their families and carers, plus schools (teachers and nurses).
The website provides information on, and helps to identify, individual mental health issues, including anxiety and depression, which are serious problems for teenagers. Anxiety or feeling stressed out often happens before depression. Whether you feel low and can't shake it off, or struggle with dark thoughts and feel hopeless, help is here.
Please note that stem4 does not provide a counselling service.
