Freedom programmes
The freedom progammes support Merton residents who are:
- Women who have or are experiencing domestic abuse, aiming to help them to make sense of and understand what has happened to them, how children are affected by being exposed to this kind of abuse and how their lives are improved when the abuse is removed.
- Children of primary school age who have or are experiencing domestic abuse.
- Perpetrators of domestic abuse who are parents of children and wish to change their attitudes and behaviour

This programme is for Merton families who have been assessed as being in need of this support. If you think your family might benefit from this programme, please speak to your health visitor, school, GP, social worker or other professional working with you and your child.
Professionals and practitioners working with the family should complete a referral form, this can be found under downloads
