Stem4 is a teenage mental health charity aimed at improving teenage mental health by stemming commonly occurring mental health issues at an early stage.  Stem 4 targets four specific audiences – the young people affected, their friends, their families and carers, plus schools (teachers and nurses). 

The website provides information on, and helps to identify, individual mental health issues, including addiction. There are many types of addiction - alcohol, drugs, exercise, food, gambling, gaming, pornography - to name but a few. Once you have recognised that you have an addiction, help is available.
