Civil Legal Advice (CLA)
CLA is a national advice service for England & Wales paid for by legal aid. The service is only available to those who are eligible for legal aid. CLA can provide advice for problems with debt, special educational needs, housing, family, discrimination and welfare benefits appeals.
Legal Aid is also available for certain Special Educational Needs claims (SEN), Disability Discrimination Claims and other education matters affecting SEN children and young people.
