Adult Community Dietetic Service (NHS)

The Adult Dietetic service works with people aged 18 and over to assess, diagnose and treat diet and nutrition problems.

Dietitians take the most up-to-date public health and scientific research on food, health and disease, and put this into practical guidance to enable people to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices.

Dietitians help people to manage a range of conditions including being under or overweight, having conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, food intolerances/allergies and they support individuals who take their nutrition via feeding tubes.

Since April 2016, this service has beenĀ provided by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
