Winifred Crabb

A childminder based in Merton Park. Winifred says: "I am a qualified social worker and mother of two. I have a great enthusiasm and commitment to meeting the individual needs and best interests of the children under my care.

I offer a warm and caring environment, comprising several rooms and a large garden, equipped with many indoor and outdoor toys. I encourage and facilitate children of all ages to participate in a wide range of social, creative, and fun activities, including art and crafts, music and singing nursery rhymes and dressing up.

I regularly enjoy taking children on outings (with their parents' permission) to parks, activity centres and other places or events of interest. I live within walking distance of both Merton Park Primary school and Poplar Primary School and several local parks. I walk or use my car to transport children.

As well as regular childminding I am also registered to provide overnight care for up to two children. I offer this service, along with emergency short-term care, on an occasional basis.
