This service is funded by the Direct Schools Grant (DSG). If you have concerns about your child’s SEN, talk to your school or setting Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo). You can ask her or him about involving an Educational Psychologist (EP) and the MAOS service

The school SENCo can liaise with their school’s Educational Psychologist to ascertain the suitability of the referral. If appropriate, the SENCo makes a referral to MAOS.

If you have a complaint specifically about the MAOS service, please contact hannah.hime@merton.gov.uk or bonnie.brown@cricketgreen.merton.sch.uk.

If your issue has not been resolved and you wish to make a formal complaint, please follow the London Borough of Merton Complaints Procedure.
