The Carers Partnership Group is an independent group of family carers of adults with a learning disability living in Merton. The group is open to all family carers, whether your relative lives at home with you, in residential care, supported living or independently. 

This group provides a chance for family carers to meet up with each other and discuss, with professionals, issues affecting their lives and those of their relative with a learning disability. The professionals include people from the Merton Learning Disability team, academics, specialist health workers, CCG (Clinical Commissioning Groups) and people from the voluntary sector. The aim is to make the voice of carers heard, and work to improve services for adults with a learning disability in Merton.
