Merton Uplift - Talking therapies

Merton Uplift is a free service supporting anyone, over 18, who has a mental health or wellbeing need, whether this is due to emotional difficulties or life stress.

Support for mental health and wellbeing is provided through a number of ways including:

  • Self management courses
  • Psychological therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and talking therapy (IAPT)
  • Recovery and Wellbeing support, including workshops
  • Psychiatric assessments

Support cannot be provided for people who are in an immediate crisis.
