Merton Uplift - Talking therapies
Merton Uplift is a free service supporting anyone, over 18, who has a mental health or wellbeing need, whether this is due to emotional difficulties or life stress.
Support for mental health and wellbeing is provided through a number of ways including:
- Self management courses
- Psychological therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and talking therapy (IAPT)
- Recovery and Wellbeing support, including workshops
- Psychiatric assessments
Support cannot be provided for people who are in an immediate crisis.
