Togetherness Centre - Fun and Food Programme Summer 2021
Eligible young people children can enjoy a number of free fun activity sessions this summer with the Togetherness Centre
- Monday Health Day - communication, physical / food & nutrition.
- Tuesday Creating Wealth Day - Using your skills to make money, entrepreneurial skills, managing your money.
- Wednesday Express yourself - music, rapping, poetry, drama, presentation skills
- Thursday Loving me, Loving you - Self image / Respect / Volunteering / Compassion. Learn about modelling with real working models.
- Photography Friday
- In touch Field Trip (tbc), orienteering, navigation, travelling
In-house chefs will provide a daily hot healthy meal for participants.
This programme provides free places for a number of sessions for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. It is part of the government’s expanded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme which is being delivered across the country in the main school holidays, offering activities and nutritious meals at no cost for eligible children.
Places are limited and each child can take a maximum of a set number of free sessions (usually 4 sessions across one week).
