Acacia Adventure Playground

The Acacia Adventure Playground is for all children and young people aged 5-16. It is a stimulating and challenging play space where play workers are on site at all times when the playground is open. Facilities include a giant climbing frame, fire pit, trampoline, treehouses, a giant swing, wigwams and a spinner. Indoor activities are also provided, including table tennis, and a Sensory Room.

The playground may be booked for birthday parties, school trips and private groups.

We provide an open access play service for children and young people aged 5 – 16 years old. All children and young people must be registered.

The Adventure Playground is on Acacia Road, Mitcham Eastfields. There is a footpath to the left of the Acacia Intergenerational Centre, on Grove Road that leads to the playground. Bus: 152 or 463 to Mitcham Eastfields Train: Nearest train station is Mitcham Eastfields

Session Information
After School - Tuesday to Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm, Saturday 12.00noon to 5.00pm
School Holidays - Monday to Friday 11.00am to 5.00pm
Please note - 5 year olds are allowed in the first hour and a half of each session.

Referral Details

Any group who would like to visit the playground as a private hire or as a group visit during open access sessions must contact Julie Henderson on 07960 618 470 and request the relevant form. All requests need to be made at least two weeks in advance
