Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

CAMHS is used as a term for all services that work with children and young people who have difficulties with their emotional or behavioural wellbeing. This service is for children and adolescents aged from 5 to 18 who are experiencing mental health problems and are registered with a GP in Merton.
We offer a combination of interventions which are delivered in line with the young person's needs and as agreed with the family through care planning.
A professional referral is needed to access this service. Please speak to your GP or other professional working with your child if you think they might benefit from this service.
You can find out more about CAMHS services, including how people move on to adult services on the Young Minds website
