Relate (help for children & young people)
Relate is able to offer counselling to any young person who's having problems, whether they feel depressed, or have issues with their parents or at school. Common problems are raised on the website, and help is available face-to-face, by phone and via the internet with online live chat.
Phone lines, email, live chat and face-to-face counselling open to all.
