- Description
All our staff at Carousel are experienced and trained from NVQ2 and above. Our staff at Carousel are experienced and committed to on-going training annually. The staff have completed between 5-13 years service.
Our staff are all experienced in supporting children with SEN. We complete daily language groups to support children with understanding, communication, language, attention, listening skills, turn taking, confidence. We monitor their development and adapt the groups accordingly.
In each group an adult role models repetitive language using visual cards/gestures. These groups are extended as the child makes progress.
We work in partnership with parents and other professionals to help support and develop each individual.
