Melrose Holiday Activities and Food - HAF Programme Summer 2022
Join Melrose HAF this summer! Our HAF Programme is for children with autism and learning difficulties.
We will be offering a variety of physical and sporting activities daily such as:
- Football
- Basketball
- Dodgeball
- Bike and scooter riding
We will also be offering activities around food such as fruit tasting, food preparation and making your own healthy ice cream. We also aim to educate our children on healthy balanced diets and how to stay healthy as they grow.
This programme provides free places for a number of sessions for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. It is part of the government’s expanded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme which is being delivered across the country in the main school holidays, offering activities and nutritious meals at no cost for eligible children. Places are limited.
You may book for your child to attend up to 4 days per week, for up to 3 weeks across the summer holiday.
