Our Adult Carers Team offers Information, support and advice especially targeted to address the problems faced by carers of adults.
These include the issues involved in caring for older people, disabled people, people with dementia, mental health problems, long-term illness or conditions, and learning disability.
In addition we offer specific support to parent carers of disabled children; and to young adult carers aged 18 - 24.
