Ashdon Jazz Academy - Fun and Food Programme Summer 2021
Eligible young people can enjoy free Fun and Food holiday club sessions this summer with Ashdon Jazz Academy.
In collaboration with Garden of Treats, the academy is offering a 4 day practical programme of nail, beauty craft and fragrance making activities, which will be complemented with personal development, health and wellbeing workshops looking at physical health (including maintaining physical health at home) mindfulness and wellbeing. In addition we will provide a daily session of Dwaynamaics, which have been designed to develop the participant's sense of self confidence and security. A hot meal will be provided
This programme provides free places for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. It is part of the government’s expanded Holiday Activities and Food programme (HAF) which is being delivered across the country in the main school holidays, offering activities and nutritious meals at no cost for eligible children.
Places are limited and each child can take a maximum of a set number of free sessions (usually 4 sessions across one week)
If your child is eligible for benefits-related free school meals and you'd like them to attend these free Fun and Food sessions, please by contact the academy by email (see below).
