Uptown Youth Services - HAF Programme Easter 2023

Join us for a variety of activities including: Computer games, table tennis, board games, groups discussions, a variety of sports and activities (Dance, Football, Basket Ball, Circuit Training, Boxercise, Badminton, Low and High Ropes, racing, softball games) and local walks, hair dressing, life skills in Meal / snack ideas, preparing, cooking and serving and budgeting, arts and crafts, music, singing, drama, computer room with internet access, educational workshops subjects or workshops, skills share homework support. Peer to Peers skills workshop, Mentoring sessions, Transitioning support.

Additionally we have 

  • Young Dancers from the Brit School delivering Dance taster sessions and Young guest speakers.
  • Young Footballers – From Various Football Colleges delivering Football sessions / sports and exercise sessions
  • Peer Skills share sessions . Young people will have the opportunity to shape our program activities.

This programme provides free places for a number of sessions for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. It is part of the government’s expanded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme which is being delivered across the country in the main school holidays, offering activities and nutritious meals at no cost for eligible children. Places are limited. 

Each eligible child can book up to 4 days over the Easter holidays.
