Antenatal Refresher Courses in Wimbledon & Merton
I am a FEDANT qualified antenatal teacher and run antenatal refresher classes are packed full of knowledge to fill you full of confidence about your next birth and practical advice when introducing a newborn into your family.
The course consists of a one-to-one birth & postpartum reflection call and three hour group workshop on a Sunday morning. Partners are welcome to attend and all refreshments are provided.
They are the only in-person courses in the Wimbledon area and provide an opportunity to meet local families at the same stage as you.
