The EarlyBird Parent Programme
The EarlyBird Parent Programme supports parents and carers of pre-school aged children (under five years) with a diagnosis of autism.
The programmes are held over approximately 6 weeks and aim to support families to:
- Understand autism and how children experience the world around them,
- Develop interactions and communication with their child,
- Understand their child's behaviour
To apply for a place parents/carers need to self-refer by contacting Cricket Green school on 020 8640 1177 and select the option for Merton Autism Outreach Service.
The programme is currently being delivered virtually over 6 weeks. There is one session per week that lasts approximately 90minutes. Parents must attend all sessions.
