Chi Combat System (martial arts for kids)
Chi Combat System offers martial arts lessons for girls, boy's and adults age 11+ years. This martial arts system combines self defence with fun and easy to learn moves together with all that is useful from all of the major styles of martial arts known today. It uses a combination of Kickboxing, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Hapkido and Judo although there is no need to "cross-train" in different martial arts styles. This martial art is suitable for all levels of fitness. For beginners to advanced students from other styles.
